This has been designed in keeping the lifestyle and content consumption habits of the current generation.

Tosali Literature Festival aims at promotion of literature at the Sub-national, National and International Level and fostering camaraderie among the writers across the world. This is a platform for the writers to disseminate ideas, interact among themselves and develop appreciation for each others works.

Bhubaneswar@75 – An Oral History:
It’s a database of oral history from the people who have witnessed and experienced the formation of the new capital city and its evolution. Oral history is one of the major source of information which captures the spirit and the experiences of that period through reminiscence of the people who had direct experience of it. These stories and recollections gets lost with the passage of those people. If Bhubaneswar has reached 75 years, the people who have memories of its foundation would have crossed 90 by now. Considering the importance to document their experiences, Bhubaneswar @ 75 is a online free database of the recordings of 26 people and many are getting added to it.

Jayanta Mahapatra National Award for Literature:Instituted in the year 2024 as a tribute to the most famous English poet of our state and also to popularise poetry, this national award carries a cash award of 50,000 INR. The first award was conferred on Mr. Gopal Lahiri and for the year 2025 its awarded to Vinita Agrawal.
