The ReciteWorld website took close to 2 years in the making and was finally ready to be dedicated to the public in July 2021. Covid 19 was at its peak and the social distancing was the order of the day. Keeping the Covid 19 restriction in mind the ReciteWorld website was virtually inaugurated by the Hon’ble Governor of Odisha, Prof. Ganeshi Lal, on 20th July 2021. Along with the Hon’ble Governor of Odisha, Ms Susmita Bagchi, the Chairperson of Mo School, Ms Tanaya Patnaik, the Executive Director of Kanak News and Radio Choklate 104FM at Eastern Media Limited, and Mr JP Jagdev, the President of Udaygiri foundation Trust also shared their thoughts. This event was virtually moderated by Ms Supriya Das.
Udaygiri Foundation is a not-for-profit trust that works towards preventing native culture, tradition, and language from imminent extinction, misinterpretation, and corruption by promoting its understanding and usage among the current generation through various innovative methods.
